When we arrive at the port, how do we reach the hotel structure?
Our shuttle service awaits the arrival of the ferries at the port every day and is available to our customers.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required with the reservation. We will provide you with the information necessary for payment during the booking confirmation phase.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Certainly. Breakfast is included and is served daily from 08:00 to 10:00.
Can I bring my dog?
Of course, we are a pet friendly facility! Remember to communicate it when booking.
Is it possible to add an extra bed in the room for our son?
Yes, it must obviously be communicated during the booking phase to give us the opportunity to prepare the room according to your needs! The supplement is € 15.00 per night.
Are there services available for children/play areas?
We do not have a baby area but our structure is located in the middle of the pine forest of San Domino, so we believe that walking among the pines, following the paths and exploring the surrounding nature are in line with the atmosphere and experience we want you to live.
Is there a luggage storage service?
You can leave your luggage in custody after leaving the room (check-out) until departure.
